Mothers start the day at the Vista Ballenas restaurant with an Anti-Aging Breakfast of an "anti-wrinkle" fruit salad; natural yogurt; detoxifying herbal juice; salmon omelet; organic, homemade bread; organic coffee; and herbal tea.

Following a bath infused with citrus oranges, tangerines and essential oils, the antioxidant-rich grapes spa treatment includes an exfoliating body scrub to activate blood circulation. A grape-based wrap with the scent of sandalwood and myrrh finishes off the treatment. Mothers receive a French manicure and pedicure.
